WHAT IS FEAST OR FAMINE SPENDING? Getting paid, spending a bunch of money and then running out of money, scrimping and saving until you get paid again
It's not OK to wonder if you can spend money or not
It's OK to have misc. spending so you don't have to figure out if you can afford EVERY purchase. That's OK.
If you are running out of money before you get to the end of the month, that needs to change. You have a spending problem.
